The headphone power does not turn on.
- Charge the headphones. If the headphones do not turn on even after charging, contact customer service at www.svnsound.com.

The headphones do not charge.
- Check whether the USB charging cable has been properly connected to the headphones and the power source.
- Check whether the PC power is on and that it is properly connected.
- When using a separately purchased USB power adapter, make sure that it is properly connected.

The headphones do not pair.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is powered on.
- Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on the Bluetooth device.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is within 1 meter from the headphones.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is compatible with the headphones.

Music will not play through the headphones.
- Check whether the headphones and Bluetooth device are powered on.
- Check whether the music is playing on your Bluetooth device.
- Check the volume level on your Bluetooth Device.

Sound lag / distortion / noise.
- Check if there is a 2.4 GHz device near your headpones or Bluetooth device.
- Check whether the Bluetooth device is within 10 meters (30’) of your headphones.

Caller cannot be heard.
- Check whether the headphones are connected to the Bluetooth device.
- Check whether Bluetooth is enabled on your Bluetooth device.
- Check the volume level on your Bluetooth device.
